DESCRIPTION:Join us as we help Democrats up and down the ballot in North Carolina\, from Joe Biden and Cal Cunningham at the top all the way down to\, in this case\, N.C. state House candidate Nicole Quick. \nNicole is running to flip NC-59\, and her district overlaps with Congressional District 6\, where Kathy Manning is running to flip a district that is now more Democratic after the state’s gerrymandered maps were thrown out. The districts are just east of Greensboro. \nAnd farther up the ballot\, Democratic Gov. Roy Cooper is running for re-election\, Cunningham is running to oust GOP Sen. Thom Tillis and Vice President Biden could hurt Donald Trump’s re-election chances severely by taking the state. \nWe’ll meet in a Dems To Go Zoom from 5:45 to 6 pm\, then head to the organizers’ Zoom at 6 to get training and start making calls.
