Join us on Saturday, Oct. 5 as we canvass for two key General Assembly candidates — one of whom we know quite well!

We’re going to canvass turfs that are in both Senate District 39 and House District 40, supporting incumbent State Sen. George Barker and future Delegate Dan Helmer, who is running against an incumbent we’d all love to see lose.

Sen. Barker’s district, of course, includes seven precincts in Alexandria. This is a great opportunity to support one of our own AND help a nearby Dem flip a seat.

We’ll meet in Fairfax Station and head out from there.
