Democrats To Go is backing Hala Ayala again in 2019 — this time supporting her as an incumbent.
Hala is defending her seat in the 51st House of Delegates District against Rick Anderson, who as a four-term incumbent lost to Hala 53-47 in 2017. Click here for a map of the 51st.
Hala worked for 17 years as a cybersecurity specialist with the Department of Homeland Security. As a delegate, her focuses have been health care, education, transportation and women’s rights.
