One of the candidates Democrats To Go is supporting in 2019 is Dan Helmer, who is running to flip the House of Delegates seat in the 40th District (click here to see the district map).
Dan’s opponent is Tim Hugo, who defeated Democrat Donte Tanner by just 106 votes.
Dan is a combat veteran, business strategist, Rhodes Scholar, husband and father, and on his website he says he “is ready to bring out-of-the-box thinking to deliver better transportation solutions to Northern Virginia, protect our children in school while ensuring they have a high quality education, and protecting Virginians access to quality, affordable healthcare.”
